Model Making Graphics: Showcase.

(James Taylor)

So, I was loitering around the interweb and happened to come across this website. It's a great website if you're looking to find some useful artists, graphic designers and illustrators. Aaaaanyway, I was looking at the 3D/ Model making artist's work for the next part of my project. Pretty cool if I may say so.

Most of the work in in the same sort of style/ format but yeah I'll start with:

Twenty-first century drugs.

So, I was loitering around on the inter-web and I happen to come across some images that are social networking related. These images also happen to have a common message..that link together nicely.. which is convenient. BUT. Obviously I'm not post-spamming just to showcase these images, oh no, not my style.

I've only gone and made my own variations.

I HEART ILLUSTRATOR.

An 'exibition' of my Illustrator practices in the style of Axel Pfaender. I've been using and practising with different amounts of details and colour schemes up until the the point where I'm ready to ditch Photoshop for Illustrator. And that's saying something.

More pictures after the jump.

Spotlight: Axel Pfaender.

So, I came across another illustrator whilst skimming through here. The only difference is this time, I actually love his work. I really do. There are very few things that I say I like, let alone love. So basically, saying I love his work really is saying someting here..

Spotlight: Ben Tallon.

Graphic Illusrator Ben Tallon.... well, I picked up this illustrator whilst skimming through here ( which I suggest you check out when looking for illustrators). With the theme of the project being 'Passions & Obsessions' this illustrator is a given. Sort of.

Spotlight: Peter Gibson, Street artist.

Here are some works of street artist Peter Gibson (a.k.a Roadsworth). They're pretty cool. In my opinion.

OCVC, Banbury Summer Festival Showcase

Today I visited the Oxfordshire & Cherwell Valley College (OCVC) to have a look around the Art, Graphics and Illustration exibitions of the students currently studying there. There were some amazing pieces of work especially by the foundation Graphic Design and Illustration students as I mainly focused my attention on their work as their showcases were more visually appealing.
